1. Acceptance of Terms
By requesting a quote, booking a service, or allowing work to commence, you (“the Client”) agree to these Terms & Conditions. These terms apply to all services provided by us.
2. Scope of Services
We provide professional pressure washing and exterior cleaning services. The scope of work will be outlined in your quote or agreement.
3. Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights you may have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Under the ACL, services come with guarantees that they will be:

Provided with due care and skill

Fit for purpose (where specified)

Completed within a reasonable time
Where required by law, we will remedy any failure to comply with these guarantees.
4. Stain Removal Disclaimer
We use professional equipment and methods to achieve the best possible results. However, we do not guarantee the complete removal of all stains, including oil, rust, mould, or deeply embedded contaminants.
Certain stains may be permanent due to:

Length of time the stain has been present

Surface type and porosity
-
Previous treatments or damage
We will always aim to improve the appearance while maintaining surface safety.
5. Surface Protection & Risk Management
We take reasonable care to avoid damage to your property. This may involve:

Using reduced pressure

Avoiding harsh or high-strength chemicals
Because of this, some stains may remain.
The Client acknowledges:

Surfaces may have pre-existing damage, wear, or structural weaknesses
-
Cleaning may reveal or expose these conditions
We are not liable for damage caused by:

Pre-existing conditions
-
Poor installation or maintenance
-
Loose or deteriorated materials
6. Access & Site Preparation
The Client is responsible for:

Providing safe and clear access to work areas
-
Removing vehicles, furniture, and obstacles
-
Ensuring pets and people are kept clear
Failure to do so may result in delays or additional charges.
7. Water, Power & Drainage
The Client must provide access to water and power unless otherwise agreed.
We take reasonable care when managing wastewater, but are not responsible for pre-existing drainage issues.
8. Payment Terms

Payment is due within 7 days of invoice date unless otherwise agreed in writing

We reserve the right to charge reasonable late fees on overdue invoices

Debt recovery costs may be added where applicable
9. Cancellations & Rescheduling

Reasonable notice is required for cancellations or changes
-
Late cancellations may incur a fee to cover lost time
10. Weather Conditions
We may delay or reschedule services due to weather conditions that could affect safety or quality.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss
-
Our liability is limited to the cost of re-supplying the services or refunding the service value
This does not apply where liability cannot be excluded under the ACL.
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The current version will be published on our website.
